We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our multidisciplinary engineering team in Bangkok. This role is responsible for developing accurate Building Information Models (BIM) and producing high-quality technical drawings to support project delivery.

In addition to BIM modeling work, the role will support model coordination and collaboration with internal design teams, ensuring BIM models and documentation are developed consistently in accordance with project requirements and company standards.The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in BIM software, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with engineers and designers to support project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for building projects using Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from BIM models.
  • Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure design consistency.
  • Support model coordination and clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Assist engineers and designers in developing and updating BIM models throughout the design stages.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards, company guidelines, and client requirements.
  • Update models and drawings based on design changes and project feedback.
  • Maintain proper model structure, file management, and version control in accordance with BIM standards.
  • Support preparation of BIM deliverables and construction documentation.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with project teams when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in BIM modeling within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience using coordination tools such as Autodesk Navisworks or similar software.
  • Experience producing BIM models and drawings for building projects (commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure).
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and design teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Our client is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to support the design and delivery of mechanical and electrical systems for a wide range of building projects. This role requires strong technical capability in building services engineering design and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical building systems design within a consultancy environment and be capable of managing multiple project responsibilities while maintaining high engineering and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineer
  • Design and develop mechanical building systems including HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems
  • Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, reports, and engineering documentation
  • Develop and review mechanical drawings, layouts, and BIM/Revit models
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
  • Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals from contractors
  • Support tender documentation and technical evaluations
  • Ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards, sustainability requirements, and project specifications
Electrical Engineer
  • Design and coordinate electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems
  • Prepare electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Develop and review electrical drawings and BIM/Revit models
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and project efficiency
  • Participate in project design reviews and technical coordination meetings
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
  • Support project execution teams during construction and commissioning phases when required
  • Ensure all electrical designs comply with applicable engineering standards and regulations
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in M&E design consultancy or engineering consulting environment
