This leadership role will oversee regional sales, marketing, category management, and commercial planning functions while driving long-term business performance and strengthening the brand’s premium market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional brand strategy and commercial growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.
- Manage overall business performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and market share growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with global brand direction.
- Oversee regional sales, marketing, product marketing, and retail execution activities.
- Analyse market trends, pricing strategies, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Lead and develop regional commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key commercial stakeholders across SEA.
- Support product launches, omnichannel campaign execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Manage regional budgets including marketing investments and operational spend.
- Drive sales capability, forecasting accuracy, and premium retail execution and brand visibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with international leadership teams on strategic planning and market opportunities.
- Travel regularly across Southeast Asia to support markets, partners, and team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Significant experience in regional brand, commercial, or category management roles within premium retail, apparel, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record managing premium consumer or lifestyle brands across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Experience leading and developing regional sales and marketing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and distributor relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven mindset.
- Experience working within international or matrix organisations preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
