They are now looking for a Business Administration professional to join their team on a one-year contract. Based in Thailand, you will play a key role in supporting the finance and operations team by managing vendor invoices, monitoring accruals, and maintaining accurate financial records within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and process operational vendor invoices in the operational system within the predefined timeframe
  • Match and validate incoming invoices against booked accruals
  • In the event of any discrepancy, verify and confirm with operations, ensuring all discrepancies are clarified, accepted, or corrected and approved by an authorised person
  • Ensure all incoming invoices are registered accurately and in a timely manner in the operational system
  • Ensure successful transmission of invoices to the accounting system for further payment processing
  • Prepare accruals reports on a periodic basis to follow up on missing accruals with the operations team
  • Ensure vendor invoices are archived correctly in accordance with the agreed process and workflow

They are seeking a Customer Service Export to manage end-to-end ocean export shipments. This role involves close coordination with local customers and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle ocean export operations, from booking through to shipment completion
  • Receive shipment instructions from customers or overseas offices and arrange bookings with carriers
  • Prepare and send booking confirmations for validation prior to release
  • Coordinate with customers on container schedules, pick-up/return timelines, and shipment requirements
  • Liaise with carriers, trucking providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Arrange additional services including trucking, loading, fumigation, and documentation based on Incoterms
