We are seeking for BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeler who will support the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital engineering processes across multidisciplinary engineering projects. The role involves developing and managing BIM models, coordinating digital workflows, and supporting project teams in delivering integrated design solutions using BIM and digital tools. The engineer will collaborate closely with architectural, civil/structural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate model coordination, data integration, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage BIM models for engineering projects in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
  • Support the coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models, including architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure systems.
  • Perform model checking, clash detection, and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of BIM execution plans (BEP), BIM standards, and digital workflows.
  • Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
  • Support project teams in implementing BIM processes and digital engineering tools.
  • Maintain model data integrity and version control throughout project stages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and project discussions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in BIM modeling, digital engineering, or BIM coordination, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.
  • Experience working on building or infrastructure projects using BIM methodologies.
  • Familiarity with BIM standards, model coordination processes, and digital project workflows.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
  • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM collaboration platforms is an advantage.

  • Review accounting transactions and ensure accurate recording of accounts receivable and payable in the system

  • Analyse discrepancies in accounting records and investigate inconsistencies across accounting periods

  • Prepare and review tax documentation including VAT reports and withholding tax filings (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, and Por.30)

  • Ensure vendor master data is properly maintained and regularly reviewed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting (Reporting / AP / AR or related fields), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

  • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills

  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax compliance

  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
