Reports to: Project / Construction Management Leadership

ROLE PURPOSE

This role is responsible for managing all architectural deliverables across the full project lifecycle of a greenfield data center development, from design review and mock-ups through construction, commissioning, and handover. The Architectural Manager ensures that all architectural works comply with Thai regulatory codes, client specifications, and international data center quality standards. The position requires close coordination with contractors, design consultants, engineers, and authorities to deliver complex, multi-story facilities on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Project Management

  • Manage architectural deliverables across all project phases including shop drawing and submittal review, construction, first-of-kind (FOK)/mock-up, commissioning, and handover
  • Implement and oversee QA/QC and accountability/control systems for architectural works, including 3-week rolling planning of upcoming submittals, material approvals, method of statement approvals, FOK/mock-up approvals, and inspection gateways and checklists
  • Monitor site progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and site logistics sequencing
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to maintain safety standards across all on-site architectural works
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong working relationships
  • Prepare weekly progress, delay, and defect reports along with technical analyses
Design and Planning

  • Review architectural design plans, specifications, and drawings and provide technical inputs
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural requirements into overall building designs
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable Thai codes, standards, and regulations, with special attention to waterproofing, wall plastering, floor finishing, and door and ironmongery works
  • Provide technical advice and innovative solutions to architectural and interior fit-out challenges
Installation and Construction Oversight

  • Manage the on-site installation and construction of architectural systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, verify installation quality, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate work area sequencing, schedules, and conflict resolution
Mock-up and Site Inspection

  • Review mock-ups and conduct inspections of architectural works to confirm functionality, performance, constructability, and maintainability
  • Coordinate QA/QC and defect clearance with contractors and stakeholders prior to handover
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues arising during construction and handover phases
Authorities and Permitting

  • Work with design consultants to ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations
  • Support permitting submissions and lead authority site inspections and permit approval processes in coordination with the design team and contractor
Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of project activities including design changes, approvals, and progress via document control platforms (e.g., ACC or equivalent)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related/equivalent field
  • Experience: 8–15 years in site management, preferably on greenfield data center projects of 2 storeys or above; proven track record managing complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Technical: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools; familiarity with project management platforms (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or equivalent); experience with document control platforms; knowledge of data center sequence of work and project delivery cycles
  • Leadership: Strong site management and cross-functional coordination skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships concurrently; experience in RFP/tender management, change management, and contract negotiation is an advantage
  • Certifications: Familiarity with QA/QC frameworks such as CONQUAS or equivalent is preferred
  • Industry: Data center or mission-critical facilities construction strongly preferred; working knowledge of DC QA/QC standards, EHS requirements, and international customer specifications required; bilingual proficiency in English and Thai (or Chinese) required

Our client, a well-established company in the agriculture and seed production sector, is looking for a Master & MRP Planner to lead end-to-end production planning across the seed processing operation, ensuring the timely availability of finished goods for both domestic and export markets.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute production plans, monitor supply readiness, and proactively resolve constraints to meet customer demand and business objectives.   • Plan and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials to support export production schedules
  • Raise PRs for packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely procurement
  • Monitor and maintain common packaging inventory within defined Min-Max stock levels while optimizing inventory utilization
  • Lead weekly operations meetings with the Plant and cross-functional teams to review production status, resolve constraints, and ensure timely execution of packing plans, including support for urgent requests beyond the confirmed order plan
