Nick Padovan is a veteran recruiter with more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and leads the RaaS™ practice at JacksonGrant in Thailand. His career began in the UK and Japan before relocating to Thailand in 2008. Over the years, he has built a strong track record recruiting senior managers across the Logistics, Market Expansion, Retail, Manufacturing and QSR sectors.
As Director of RaaS™, Nick drives JacksonGrant’s subscription-based recruitment model, providing consistent, flexible support for companies with diverse and fast-moving hiring needs. While JacksonGrant’s core operations are based in Thailand, Nick also supports multinational organisations that require talent both locally and in other global markets.
