Job Purpose: The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that purchased materials, components, and outsourced processes consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on supplier quality management, incoming quality control, supplier qualification, material validation, and supplier performance improvement. Working closely with Suppliers, Engineering, Procurement and Production, this position drives effective problem solving, supplier development, and continuous improvement to minimize supplier-related quality risks and achieve company quality objectives.

Duties Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Management

  • Conduct supplier qualification, supplier audits, and periodic supplier performance evaluations.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance through KPIs and drive supplier development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Manage supplier non-conformance reports (NCR/SCAR) and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Quality claims and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) related to supplier defects
  • Lead supplier root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Review supplier quality documentation, technical specifications, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and inspection records.
  • Support new supplier qualification, supplier process changes, First Article Inspection (FAI) and approval activities.
  • Develop, performance testing and execute annual product verification and material testing plans to ensure continued compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
Incoming Quality Control

  • Supervise and support Incoming Inspectors to ensure effective inspection activities.
  • Monitor incoming quality performance and analyze inspection data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support counterfeit material prevention and traceability requirements.
Quality System & Continuous Improvement

  • Support internal quality system audits and follow-up audits to verify corrective action effectiveness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality and incoming inspection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA, company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Support

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Sourcing, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues.
  • Prepare supplier quality reports, incoming quality KPIs, audit reports, and management presentations.
  • Support the Supplier Quality Manager in strategic supplier quality initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 

Authorization:

  • Described in AviusULD LoA (Limit of Authority) Matrix, available in the Finance Department.
  • Report the error, problem things, ideas for improvement, and cost control
  • Stop or prohibit the work and report to the supervisor when there is any reason to suspect a problem or when safety is at stake
  • Can stop Production at any time when there is any reason to suspect a quality problem and report to Supplier Quality Manager
  • Can stop shipment of finished goods when there is any reason to suspect a quality problem and report to Supplier Quality Manager
  • Can stop the use of Purchased materials when there is any reason to suspect a quality problem and report to Supplier Quality Manager
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supplier audits, supplier development, supplier quality performance monitoring, and supplier claim management in related fields and in manufacturing environments, Automotive field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive timely resolution of quality issues, effective corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.

Our client, a leading global vegetable seed company, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Finance and Accounting team in Thailand. In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team dedicated to supporting the Group's Dutch entity, taking ownership of accurate and timely financial accounting, invoice processing, and reporting — ensuring compliance with both local Thai requirements and Dutch/Group accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily general ledger operations, including posting journal entries, maintaining accurate account balances, and ensuring proper classification of transactions.
  • Take an active role in month-end and year-end closing, including preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, depreciation, revaluation, and other closing adjustments.
  • Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments) to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage all aspects of fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and calculating monthly depreciation and impairment; maintain the fixed asset register and conduct periodic physical counts.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in general ledger or related accounting roles; external audit or multinational company experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; solid knowledge of VAT, WHT, and CIT principles, including tax return familiarity.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) preferred.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and self-motivated.
