Due to continued regional expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale critical infrastructure projects.

This role will oversee mechanical construction activities across the full project lifecycle, including construction management, contractor coordination, commissioning, stakeholder management, and final handover within high-availability environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical construction delivery from planning through commissioning and handover
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, chilled water, cooling, and fire protection systems
  • Coordinate design, technical problem-solving, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and reporting activities
  • Support contract management, subcontractor coordination, and cost optimisation initiatives

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10 years of experience within mechanical construction, M&E, mission-critical, or data centre environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, fire protection, commissioning, and critical infrastructure
  • Experience delivering large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX management, budgeting, and project controls
  • Experience managing testing and commissioning activities including IST
  • Strong contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership capability
  • Proficiency with MS Project and related project management tools
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Regional APAC project exposure would be advantageous

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience with progressively senior leadership responsibility
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction management, project controls, commissioning, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability including budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and procurement
  • Proficiency with Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM would be advantageous

They are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and costing, coordinating with overseas partners for rate requests, updating selling rates and costs in the system, supporting sales campaigns and account setup, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, Account Owners, and internal departments, while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative and customer service support as assigned by the superior.

Sales Support function:

  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments and support where necessary
Compliance and Regulatory:
  • Ensure Compliance with all international trade regulation, including customs procedure, export documentation and shipping requirement
  • Report any related compliance issue to Superior/Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management; or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, logistics and supply chain.
  • Knowledge and experience of sales, business development, client service
  • Knowledge of general freight forwarding services, terms and standards
  • Knowledge of MS office, Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Customs Clearance process, accounting functions, and relative information retrieval
