Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

Our client is a global player and world market leader in the packaging industry. As the top manufacturer of sealing inserts, they are a preferred partner for prominent industrial bottlers and fillers. To support their ongoing commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, they are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager to join their team at the Rayong plant and help drive process optimization across the organization.

Based in Rayong, Eastern Seaboard

Job responsibilities:

• Lead and implement new production processes, drive improvement projects, and ensure system availability
• Manage product development processes in collaboration with R&D in Germany and local departments
• Handle technical aspects of customer complaints in coordination with R&D in Germany and local teams
• Design and modify machine components, and oversee their implementation and integration into production operations
• Prepare and supervise maintenance activities in collaboration with equipment manufacturers
• Analyse manufacturing processes and develop improvement proposals based on production data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Electrical Engineering)
• Solid proficiency in MS Office applications; basic knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design tools
• Experience in production management, production control, and quality assurance is a distinct advantage
• Strong team player with a high degree of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Methodical approach to tasks with a strong analytical mindset
• Good command of English

Our client is a leading confectionery manufacturer in Thailand. They are now looking for a dynamic Export Administrator to join their team at the Wellgrow factory. This role supports international sales operations by coordinating export orders, managing shipping documentation, and working closely with logistics, production, and overseas customers to ensure smooth deliveries. It offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global trade and support the company’s international growth.

Responsiblities:

• Process and manage international sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to arrange shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth export operations.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping procedures.
• Communicate with overseas customers regarding orders and shipment updates.
• Maintain export records, contracts, and customer databases.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve export-related issues.
• Prepare export sales reports and support sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support overall export sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in export administration, international trade, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping processes.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international payment terms such as LC and TT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills when working with overseas clients and partners.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
