To support business expansion in the Eastern region of Thailand, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – HORECA to join their team.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key hospitality accounts, and driving sales growth across hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and artisan customers. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the hospitality and foodservice market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities with hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and artisan customers across the East Region
  • Promote and sell food and hospitality-related products through presentations, tastings, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including F&B managers, chefs, purchasing teams, and shop owners
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel purchasing processes and supply chain requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive sales growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

Customs Clearance Officer
Our client is a global logistics company that serves a wide range of industries along the entire supply chain with multi-modal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.

They are looking for a Customs Clearance Officer to handle import and export clearance processes within a freight forwarding environment. The role includes preparing and submitting customs declarations, checking shipping documents, and coordinating with customers, shipping lines, agents, and truck vendors to ensure smooth cargo movement. Responsibilities also include monitoring shipment status, arranging delivery orders, handling duty and tax payments, updating systems, supporting billing, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and KPI timelines.

Responsibilities:

Export Process
  • Receive Customs Clearance Booking with shipping documents, Vessel Booking Confirmation related information
  • Checking on the loading date and book transportation with Truck’s vendor for empty container pick-up process
  • Job opening in Operation system – FMS and create job Cover Sheet
  • Prepare of draft export entry to customer for verify and submission of export entry after received confirmation
  • Preparation, drafting the export declaration to check and verify by Customs Specialist
  • Send export declaration to verify by customer and submission to Customs Systems after confirmation received
  • Following up local charges invoice, entering to FMS and coordinate with Accounting for cash/cheque/transfer to Shipping Line/Freight Forwarder/Agent
  • Monitoring the empty container pick-up, loading process and issue Good Control Receipt for full container return to seaport
  • Following up the complete MB/L, HB/L and update the export entry status 0409 and update customer accordingly
  • Following up and compile all shipping documents and receipts for further billing process with Billing Officer within target and KPI set-up
  • Close job accordingly within target and KPI set-up
Import Process
  • Receive Customs Clearance order/booking with Pre-Alert, Acknowledge to customer
  • Checking of received documents completeness and correctness
  • Amend Vessel Manifest with the Freight Controlling Party
  • Job opening in Operation system -FMS and create job Cover Sheet
  • Preparation, drafting the import declaration to check and verify by Customs Specialist
  • Send import declaration to verify by customer and submission to Customs Systems after confirmation received
  • Entering expenses invoice of local charges and coordinate with Accounting department for payment to Shipping Line/Co-loader/Freight Forwarder/Agent
  • Coordinate with Shipping Vendor for cash/cheque/transfer for payment port charges and other related expenses payable during the clearance process
  • Coordinate with Accounting department for E-Payment process in case of Rhenus Advance of duty, tax to customer
  • Arrange for pick-up Delivery Order (D/O) from freight controlling party in the timely manner
  • Coordinate with Shipping vendor and book suitable truck type with Truck vendor and keep target time of import clearance and delivery
  • Preparing full set of customs clearance documents for shipping officer to arrange for port clearance and payable port charges
  • Following up the import entry status 0409 and update to customer accordingly

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Logistics or any related fields (new grad are welcome)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding and Customs Clearance
  • Have a good service mind, able to operate under pressure
  • Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy
  • Able to operate PC and have a basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Can communicate English and Thai both spoken and written effectively
  • Must be proactive and well organize
