Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and developing customer relationships within Thailand's food manufacturing automation industry. This role focuses on promoting food ingredients, processing solutions, and related technologies to existing and prospective customers. The incumbent will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams to identify opportunities, provide product solutions, and support new product development projects.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and gross margin goals.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify opportunities for ingredient and processing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.
  • Develop sales pipelines and execute account development plans.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within food manufacturing companies.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, product trials, and commercial opportunities to secure business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and support.
Project & Technical Coordination
  • Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through commercial implementation.
  • Work closely with R&D, Application, Technical Service, and Supply Chain teams to support customer requirements.
  • Manage product samples, product evaluations, and trial activities.
  • Support prototype and concept development activities for customers when required.
  • Assist customers in identifying suitable ingredients and processing solutions for their applications.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer developments, and emerging industry opportunities.
  • Identify new products, technologies, and market segments for business expansion.
  • Gather and share market insights to support strategic planning and product portfolio development.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and monthly business reports.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Business-related qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Food Processing Equipment, Food Technology solutions, or F&B packaging industries.
  • Experience working with food manufacturers, processors, meat, dairy, beverage, bakery, snack, pet food, or savory segments is preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer development and sales achievement.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of food manufacturing processes and ingredient applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Our client is a global provider of repair and manufacturing solutions for aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, with a manufacturing site in Pathum Thani. They are looking for an NPI Engineer to lead the introduction of new gas turbine component repairs and processes at the site.
 
The role owns product and process development from initial concept through to full manufacturing, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimise repair processes and deliver measurable improvements to business metrics. You will lead moderate-scope project teams, working closely with engineering, operations and customers to develop designs and repairs that meet cost, performance and durability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new products and repairs for gas turbine components, including high-pressure turbine blades, nozzles and combustor components.
  • Lead assigned projects and programmes to successful completion, balancing technical, budgetary, manpower and schedule requirements
  • Apply Lean, CPEx and Six Sigma tools and concepts to product/process subsystems and manufacturing systems
  • Optimise production processes and product design using robust lean problem-solving methodology, with quantifiable impact on business metrics
  • Develop KPIs to effectively manage process and product outcomes

The role covers the full utility set - HVAC, boilers, wastewater treatment, dust collection, scrubbers, gas, power and cooling towers - through planned preventive maintenance, fast corrective action and continuous improvement. It suits an engineer who is hands-on with plant utilities, comfortable leading technicians and vendors, and used to working to KPIs, budgets and EHS standards

Responsibilities

  • Own the preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's infrastructure systems, including industrial HVAC, dust collection, wet scrubbers, wastewater treatment, boilers, gas systems, power systems and cooling towers
  • Oversee day-to-day facility issues, driving corrective action through to closure and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Analyse breakdowns and recurring faults, implement corrective and preventive actions, and share lessons learned across the team
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures for infrastructure systems and train technicians to apply them.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing plant environment
  • Practical working knowledge of HVAC, boiler and water / wastewater treatment systems
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Sound understanding of budgeting and performance management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
