Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy with a strong presence across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will oversee end-to-end project execution, from design coordination through construction support, while managing stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept design through to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams for integrated design delivery
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Oversee construction site activities and resolve technical and site issues
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, procurement, and contractor selection processes
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy or construction projects
  • Proven experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects, preferably with factory project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with international standards and local regulations in Thailand
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with effective decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and engineering tools; PMP certification is an advantage
