They are looking for an Opportunity Management Analyst to support business development activities across Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar. The role focuses on lead generation, market research, sales performance analysis, and CRM management to drive commercial effectiveness. You will work closely with local and overseas sales teams, maintain data quality and sales tools, prepare reports and marketing materials, and support sales projects to help identify new opportunities and improve business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation (25%)
    • Identify potential customer groups and research customer information through different online and offline channels
    • Share sales leads to domestic and overseas sales team and monitor progress

    • Research and analysis of specific verticals, market segments or geographical areas
  • Sales Controlling (20%)
    • Sales data analysis and preparing reports and executive summaries
  • CRM & Sales Tools Super-User (25%)
    • Control of data integrity and quality
    • Training of users
    • Management of users and users linked to accounts
    • CRM reporting
  • Sales Material Management (10%)
    • Maintain and update all standard commercial marketing material and information (presentations, flyers, etc.)

Requirements
  • Passionate about global economy, worldwide supply chains and making a difference for our clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in sales, analytics or controlling
  • Being creative, thinking outside the box and solutions-driven
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • Computer savvy incl. MS office, CRM know-how
  • Ability to see the “Big Picture” both from commercial and operational perspective and find out the solution operational solutions to support commercial and customer requirements
  • Good understanding in data analysis and visualization
  • Understanding of Project Management methods, processes, and tool sets
  • Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including other regional functions
