Our client looking for a highly results-oriented Operations Sales Manager with strong experience in driving revenue, managing large sales teams, and overseeing day-to-day operations. This role requires a leader who can own sales targets, improve conversion funnels, optimize team performance, and ensure smooth operational execution across the entire customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in inside sales, outbound and inbound processes, team leadership, and performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Management

    • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across sales channels
    • Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and revenue
    • Track and optimize KPIs such as conversion rates and team performance metrics
    • Design and implement sales strategies across multiple regions and customer segments
    • Identify growth opportunities and improve overall sales efficiency
  • Operations Management

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity and discipline across teams
    • Monitor real-time performance metrics and manage lead distribution
    • Ensure smooth workflow between sales, onboarding, support, and backend teams
    • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
    • Maintain SLA adherence and reduce drop-offs across the customer journey
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management

    • Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales agents, team leaders, and account managers
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching
    • Set clear targets and track individual and team KPIs
    • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture
    • Handle escalations and ensure team motivation and retention
  • Compliance & Process Adherence

    • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and ethical standards
    • Maintain proper documentation and process compliance
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk and quality control

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, call center, or revenue-focused roles
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in team management (10–50 team members)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and sales tracking tools
  • Experience managing multi-region or international teams
  • Exposure to high-volume sales environments (e.g., BPO, fintech, telecom, banking)
  • Multilingual communication skills (preferred)

We are looking for a BIM Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that enhance BIM workflows across engineering and construction projects. This role bridges software development with BIM operations, supporting automation, data integration, and digital innovation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom tools, plugins, and scripts to improve BIM processes and efficiency
  • Work closely with BIM Engineers, Designers, and Project Teams to identify workflow gaps and provide technical solutions
  • Build and maintain integrations between BIM platforms and other systems (e.g., ERP, databases, cloud platforms)
  • Automate repetitive design and coordination tasks by creating script or programming
  • Support BIM standards implementation through digital tools and templates

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
  • Experience working with BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar

  • Understanding of BIM processes, standards (LOD, ISO 19650), and data structures

  • Periodically monitor and update project procurement statuses.
  • Negotiate the most preferred supplier(s) to achieve the most desirable overall outcomes for the project.
  • Create, issue, and update Purchase Orders.
  • Negotiate purchase terms & conditions while ensuring the transfer of relevant clients' contractual terms and conditions to suppliers offers for order purposes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with each respective project's stakeholders to ensure the most optimal selection of suppliers considering various circumstances under each project.
  • Expedite suppliers' delivery of goods and/ or performance of services as well as submission of the required documents.
  • Assist in supplier development and evaluation programs in conjunction with the Quality Department and other departments as necessary
