Our client is a global industrial solutions provider specialising in environmental and workplace efficiency technologies. The company delivers engineered systems and services that support manufacturing clients in improving operational performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. They are seeking a Head of Sales to lead the Thailand commercial organisation and drive performance across a multi-channel sales model including direct sales, partners, and dealer networks. This role owns total sales performance across revenue, order intake, and margin, whilst ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to deal closure and delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue, order intake, and gross margin targets across all sales channels.
  • Enforce pricing discipline, discount control, and contract compliance throughout the business.
  • Maintain strong pipeline generation and conversion rates across the team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to build a high-performing commercial culture.
  • Personally drive key strategic accounts and critical opportunities where required.
  • Establish a structured sales cadence including regular deal and pipeline reviews.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies across direct, partner, and dealer networks.
  • Manage and expand partner and dealer networks, defining account ownership and resolving channel conflicts.
  • Drive dealer performance, capability development, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee dealer sales performance, pricing compliance, and market coverage.
  • Manage export pipeline, order intake, and coordination across markets.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility, driving forecasting discipline and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead weekly sales reviews and performance tracking across the team.
  • Deliver monthly sales performance reports and lead sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor commercial risks and implement recovery actions as required.
  • Work closely with engineering on solution development and proposals.
  • Align with operations and supply chain on delivery timelines and customer commitments.
  • Coordinate with finance on commercial terms and collections.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B industrial or technical sales.
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record in delivering revenue and margin targets.
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales models including direct and partner or dealer channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to manage complex, project-based sales cycles from opportunity through to closure.
  • Data-driven approach to sales management with proficiency in CRM, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong command of both Thai and English, written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagement across the region.

We are looking for a BIM Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that enhance BIM workflows across engineering and construction projects. This role bridges software development with BIM operations, supporting automation, data integration, and digital innovation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom tools, plugins, and scripts to improve BIM processes and efficiency
  • Work closely with BIM Engineers, Designers, and Project Teams to identify workflow gaps and provide technical solutions
  • Build and maintain integrations between BIM platforms and other systems (e.g., ERP, databases, cloud platforms)
  • Automate repetitive design and coordination tasks by creating script or programming

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
  • Experience working with BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar
  • Familiarity with APIs and SDKs (Optional e.g., Revit API, Autodesk Platform Services and Dynamo)
  • Understanding of BIM processes, standards (LOD, ISO 19650), and data structures
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud technologies is an advantage

  • Periodically monitor and update project procurement statuses.

  • Create, issue, and update Purchase Orders.
  • Negotiate purchase terms & conditions while ensuring the transfer of relevant clients' contractual terms and conditions to suppliers offers for order purposes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with each respective project's stakeholders to ensure the most optimal selection of suppliers considering various circumstances under each project.
  • Expedite suppliers' delivery of goods and/ or performance of services as well as submission of the required documents.
