Job Purpose: The purpose of the Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer function is responsible to lead the improvement projects throughout the organization. S(he) is responsible for energizing the organization using Lean and Sigma tools to positively impact Cost, Quality, Delivery Performance, Cash and Customer Satisfaction. S(he) will work closely with leadership at all levels to ensure continuous improvement efforts are driven throughout the organization through implementation & sharing of best practices. Also responsible for creating, developing, and improving digital systems and tools. S(he) participates in improving the digital performance of the whole area in the organization.

Duties / Responsibilities: The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible to: ▪ Implement, drive, maintain and facilitate the idea suggestion project & teams at short, middle and long terms (Idea Management) ▪ Be a supporter & generator of ideas and provide recommendations to the different departments (5S & Idea Management) ▪ Support bottom-up improvement dynamic and promote the good practices sharing ▪ Drive, Improve and achieve sustainability for 5S in the production & administration ▪ Facilitate operational value stream mapping ▪ Identify the constraints and bottlenecks at site level and propose related Improvement and Development projects ▪ Establish gap analysis between Current state and Future state ▪ Lead change ▪ Support Green Belts, DMAIC and Kaizen event projects ▪ Support the Continuous Improvement roadmap; projects & workshops ▪ Support the company's strategic goals and execution of its plans ▪ Support the operations in the implementation of fool-proof methods, tools and system ▪ Ensure that the working environment reaches or exceeds the high standards ▪ Seek an opportunity for automation or new technology implementation: Automation & Digitalization 4.0 ▪ Design, develop and test digital platforms, mainly MS365 platforms (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBi, etc) ▪ Plan and execute digital development projects ▪ Collaborate with team and other functions to develop innovative solutions needs ▪ Work closely with teams for UX and UI design ▪ Conduct hands-on testing and debugging of digital projects ▪ Participate and be involved in the SMART Factory and product projects ▪ Maintain department records in (paper and electronic) archiving system ▪ Follow the company procedures, work instructions, regulations and comply with environmental, health and safety requirements ▪ Responsible that all work is done in compliance with the requirements set out in EASA Part 21. ▪ Additional tasks on request by the superior

Required Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering or related field ▪ At least 5 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing and Lean or Industrial Engineer. ▪ Experience in Continuous Improvement programs/methods such as Lean, Kaizen, TQM, TPM, OEE, 5S and 6 Sigma ▪ Experience in project management, performance and productivity improvement is preferred ▪ Ability to multi-task working, work under pressure and meet required deadlines ▪ Proficiency in the of use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and Statistic analysis programs ▪ Leadership, capacity to involve and confederate ▪ Advantage, Green Belt or Black Belt certified ▪ Able to create Microsoft PowerApp, PowerAutomate and PowerBi ▪ Practical experiences of lean tools and methods ▪ Very good problem solving, presentation and moderation skills ▪ Capacity to understand business issues & problem solving skills ▪ Excellent organization, coordination, human relationship and leadership skills ▪ Capacity to work in a multicultural & international environment ▪ Excellent in English & Thai language ▪ Core competencies: Customer focus, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork

Job Title Product and Customer Quality Engineer Reporting to Product and Customer Quality Manager

Job Purpose: The objectives of the Product and Customer Quality Engineer is to warrant the conformity of the product delivery by defining characteristics of producing good products with the capability to satisfy customers. S(he) participates in improving the performance of the production, while ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements. S(he) conducts her/his job with a high focus on definition of the product delivered and defining improvement plans that enhance site production quality performance and contributes to quality initiatives to generate savings. S(he) participates in and performs APQP activity. S(he) actively supports the Product and Customer Quality Manager to meet the company objective related to Quality.

Duties / Responsibilities: ▪ Performs regular reporting and controls to assess customer satisfaction, product compliance, and process performance. ▪ Ensures the internally identified deviations or escapes to the customer are recorded, processed with effective corrective and preventive

actions. ▪ Performs continuous improvement and quality mindset by implementing effective quality tools (visual management, QRQC, 5S, and 8D) ▪ Ensures, if necessary, cross-functional communication of any customer encountered discrepancies. ▪ Communicates to the quality program all the relevant information in the event of non-conformities exported to the customer. ▪ Participates the risk mitigation on manufacture products before delivery to the customer by using the FMEA production tools. ▪ Participates in the multi-functional team to set up the product risks management (FMEA, Control Plan, Self-inspection, and standard of

inspection) ▪ Performs Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) on new product launches and current

Required Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an applicable field. ▪ At least 0-3 years of experience in Quality and manufacturing process field. ▪ Knowledge of Problem-Solving tools (Pareto chart, Fishbone diagram, 5Whys analysis, etc.). ▪ Knowledge of Statistical process control and data analysis skills. ▪ Knowledge of Quality tools (measures in production, nonconformance, tracking, calibration, etc.). ▪ Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP). ▪ Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry and its regulations. ▪ Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ▪ Practical oral and writing communication skills. ▪ Integrity and exemplarity in all circumstances. ▪ Proven interpersonal skills. ▪ Ability to negotiate: to explain and to persuade. ▪ Main functional competencies: Quality Awareness, Communication, Problem Solving, Project Management. ▪ Core competencies: Customer focus, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork.

Our client, a leading global vegetable seed company, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Finance and Accounting team in Thailand. In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team dedicated to supporting the Group's Dutch entity, taking ownership of accurate and timely financial accounting, invoice processing, and reporting — ensuring compliance with both local Thai requirements and Dutch/Group accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily general ledger operations, including posting journal entries, maintaining accurate account balances, and ensuring proper classification of transactions.
  • Take an active role in month-end and year-end closing, including preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, depreciation, revaluation, and other closing adjustments.

  • Strong understanding of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; solid knowledge of VAT, WHT, and CIT principles, including tax return familiarity.
