Executive Civil Engineer
Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy with a strong regional presence across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. With decades of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects spanning architecture, building services, structural engineering, facade, and sustainability. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Civil Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering design review, project coordination, site support, technical compliance, and stakeholder management throughout all project phases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and structural engineering works, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Support

  • Review and coordinate civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable local regulations, international standards, project requirements, and engineering best practices.
  • Provide technical support during design development, tendering, construction, and project close-out stages.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, architectural, MEP, and project management teams.
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
  • Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for design optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues arising during project execution and site construction activities.
Project Coordination & Management

  • Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with authorities and external parties regarding approvals, submissions, and compliance matters.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and engineering documentation.
  • Support project planning, risk assessment, and resource coordination activities.
Site Supervision & Quality Control

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor construction quality, safety practices, and engineering standards.
  • Identify non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant parties.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.
Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, design consultancy, or construction projects.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, industrial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD, ETABS, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with local authority requirements and construction regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Payment staff - Shared Accounting Team
Our client is a well-established organization operating in a shared service environment, supporting regional and international operations with strong governance and compliance standards. The Payment Staff plays a key role in managing payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements to both local and overseas bank accounts, while working closely with internal teams and vendors in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Process payments accurately and on time for both local and overseas bank accounts
  • Record payment transactions correctly in the financial system in accordance with approved terms and company policies
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between bank records and internal data
  • Review payment requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Handle international payments, wire transfers, and overseas banking procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors, banks, Group Treasury, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related matters
  • Support daily cash flow monitoring, cash position reporting, and payment-related financial reporting

Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in payment operations, banking, AP, GL, or financial operations
  • Basic understanding of payment processing, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with local and overseas payment transactions and banking procedures
  • Knowledge of WHT, VAT, and financial compliance requirements
  • Experience with ERP systems such as D365, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage payment data accurately
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders

Transport Management and Procurement Manager
Drive Transportation Excellence and Strategic Procurement Solutions Our client is seeking an experienced Transport and Procurement Manager to lead transportation solution design, vendor management, and procurement strategies for warehousing and logistics operations. This role combines commercial insight with operational expertise to deliver cost-effective transportation solutions that meet both customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Strategy & Commercial Support
  • Support RFQ, RFP, tender, and bidding activities for domestic and cross-border transportation projects.
  • Design transportation solutions including route planning, fleet selection, service models, lead times, and subcontractor structures.
  • Develop transport cost models, rate benchmarks, make-or-buy analyses, and margin simulations.
  • Evaluate operational feasibility and identify risks within proposed logistics solutions.
Vendor & Procurement Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, consulting, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border trucking operations.
  • Experience working within a 3PL logistics environment and managing teams.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, GPS tracking, and TMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
