Job responsibilities:

Lead and implement new production processes, drive improvement projects, and ensure system availability
Manage product development processes in collaboration with R&D in Germany and local departments
Handle technical aspects of customer complaints in coordination with R&D in Germany and local teams
Design and modify machine components, and oversee their implementation and integration into production operations
Prepare and supervise maintenance activities in collaboration with equipment manufacturers
Analyse manufacturing processes and develop improvement proposals based on production data

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Electrical Engineering)
Solid proficiency in MS Office applications; basic knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design tools
Experience in production management, production control, and quality assurance is a distinct advantage
Strong team player with a high degree of responsibility and ability to work independently
Methodical approach to tasks with a strong analytical mindset
Good command of English

Responsiblities:

Process and manage international sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Prepare export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to arrange shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth export operations.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping procedures.
Communicate with overseas customers regarding orders and shipment updates.

Monitor shipment status and resolve export-related issues.
Prepare export sales reports and support sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in export administration, international trade, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping processes.
Familiarity with Incoterms and international payment terms such as LC and TT.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication and customer service skills when working with overseas clients and partners.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Senior Food Safety and Quality

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturer within the food production and pet nutrition sector. They are currently seeking a Food Safety and Quality Specialist to join their team in the Samutprakarn area.
This position supports food safety and quality programs within the manufacturing facility, working closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure products are tested, compliant, and released on time in line with quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring product samples are composited, tested, and cleared prior to shipment to support the positive release program. Create COA’s in accordance with quality assurance testing program.
Responsible for ensuring raw materials are in specification, logged in, tested as appropriate, and cleared for use.
Maintain the Quality Assurance Laboratory including calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
Order and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
Review quality and production records to ensure compliance to programs and documentation requirements. This includes records for cleaning and sanitation, CCPs and IFS shop orders.
Support the environmental monitoring program by performing swabbing activities, collecting samples, and ensuring proper testing is performed.
Develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions and Record as required.
Conduct food safety audits to ensure Good Hygiene Practices and Food Safety Program are being followed.
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all practices are executed in accordance with these standards.
Participate in root cause investigations and CAPA for food safety and quality issues that arise.
Participate in problem solving initiatives in accordance with EBOS principles to resolve customer complaints.
Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time and without any quality concerns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from four-years college or university in Food Safety, Food Science and technology, Biological Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have an experience related with quality assurance of food manufacturing companies for at least 5 years.
Fluent in Thai and English.
Knowledge of food safety standards including Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs), HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC, ISO22000, IFS or SQF.
Ability to maintain accurate records relating to jobs as they are planned, performed and completed.
Good interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with peers, co-workers, scientists, researchers, supervisors, customers and vendors as required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical materials.
Proficient skill level in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of safety practices applicable to laboratory and manufacturing environments and ability to follow designated safety procedures.
