Warehouse Manager

Operating in over 30 countries and rapidly expanding across Southeast Asia, they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for one of their key clients in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels, stock quality, and efficient delivery schedules
• Organise warehouse layout, categorise goods, plan shipping routes, and streamline shipment processes
• Address and resolve operational issues or customer complaints with prompt solutions
• Lead, coach, and train the warehouse team to ensure peak productivity and team alignment
• Monitor costs, productivity, and timelines to meet business goals
• Ensure operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage the storage, movement, and distribution of materials
• Collaborate with internal teams like production, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts
• Maintain and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Supervise documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., permits, health certificates)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing warehouse and transportation operations
• Proficiency in CIM Prolag WMS, CargowiseOne WMS, and Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of mathematics and statistical analysis for operational efficiency
• Resilient, patient, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
