Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage key accounts and build strong customer and client relationships
- Product Management:
- Drive the development and launch of new products and solutions
- Ensure effective product positioning and promotion
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team
- Team Management:
- Develop a talented team of sales professionals
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Strategic Planning:
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Develop long-term strategic plans to drive sustainable growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record in sales management and leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the scientific equipment and laboratory industry
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and applications
- Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English
