Our client, a prominent manufacturer of chemical products, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across various locations in Thailand. This role is integral in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while building a robust talent pipeline aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to define strategies, evaluate candidates against job profiles, and assess cultural alignment using behavioural interviewing techniques
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging methods such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool
  • Collect, analyse, and present data on talent supply and demand, labour market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing channels to optimise recruitment efforts
  • Manage candidate identification, screening, and evaluation processes; coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including HRBPs, staffing agencies, and headhunters
  • Build effective partnerships across the business to support recruitment initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the HR team, hiring supervisors, compliance teams, and legal departments to ensure recruitment services align with business goals
  • Oversee the sourcing process, including job postings on internal and external career platforms
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Over 3 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle across all role levels
  • Demonstrated ability to make impactful contributions to talent acquisition processes
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Skilled in sourcing techniques and job board management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in both English and Thai
