SVB-Time Critical Officer

Our client is a leading global logistics company that is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia, with regional headquarters in Bangkok.
We are seeking a confident and ambitious professional to join the customer service team based at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) as a Time Critical Officer. This role is suitable for graduates seeking a career in Logistics / Freight.
Responsibilities

• Attend and reply to general operation inquiries by sales, agents, and customers within required timelines
• Provide rate quotes for Time Critical Airfreight shipments
• Provide shipment progress updates to customers and agents
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipments are delivered as planned
• Book flights for On-Board Couriers (Hand Carry shipments)
• Receive and send e-mail pre-alerts from/to overseas offices and agents
• General data entry of shipment information
• Issue AR/AP invoices; monitor and ensure that all job files are closed

Qualifications

• University graduate in International Business or Logistics
• 3 years’ experience handling Time Critical shipments or Airfreight Import/Export
• Service-oriented and able to perform under pressure
• Able to communicate in both English and Thai, spoken and written
• Shift work, including weekends, nights, and holidays required (day shift: 8 hours  1 hour lunch break; night shift: work from home 12 hours)
• Capable of handling and dealing with people at different levels of the organisation
• Flexible and highly motivated, able to multi-task
