SVB-Road Air-Transport Coordinator

Our client is a leading global logistics company that is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia, with regional headquarters in Bangkok. We are seeking a confident and ambitious professional to join the customer service team based at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) as a Road Air-Transport Coordinator. This position is ideal for graduates looking to build a long-term career in logistics or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments and coordinate trips to ensure efficient transport schedules
• Prepare EDI documentation accurately and on time
• Manage bookings through the customer system (EX Queue)
• Coordinate with air export and air import staff to facilitate smooth delivery processes
• Liaise with drivers and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Handle other administrative and support tasks as assigned
• Workdays are Monday to Friday with a half-day on Saturday

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills in writing and reading
• Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance with a polite and service-minded attitude
• Comfortable interacting with people at various levels
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed (overtime not applicable)
