Our client, a global leader in manufacturing high-quality aircraft containers, is renowned for delivering innovative, durable, and user-friendly products that set industry standards for safe and efficient flight operations. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead Human Resources Development (HRD) and Human Resources Management (HRM) functions. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engagement, and driving organisational growth.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives while ensuring compliance with labour laws
- Advise on workforce planning, organisational development, and HR best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve optimal performance
HR Management (HRM)
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and compensation programs
- Build partnerships with business units and institutions to create talent pipelines
- Implement performance management systems with a focus on regular feedback and employee development
- Manage payroll, benefits, and HR tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and manage regulatory documentation
HR Development (HRD)
- Design and implement HRD strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify training needs and manage training budgets for impactful learning outcomes
- Lead talent development initiatives, including IDPs, succession planning, and leadership programs
- Introduce and oversee E-learning systems and onboarding programs
- Track HR performance metrics through dashboards and reports to drive continuous improvement
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a supportive work environment through engagement initiatives
- Enhance employee recognition programs and foster a positive organisational culture
Cross-functional Collaboration & Administration
- Collaborate with departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs
- Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Act as a liaison to build strong employee-management relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRM and HRD at a management level, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, Thai labour laws, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
- Adaptable and proactive, with a strong drive to embrace and navigate challenges
