Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations, drive strategic improvements, and maintain strong client relationships for key accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all required reports
- Analyze the scope of work and develop engineering or technology-based solutions that align with company standards and client requirements
- Lead and manage capital projects, including preparation of budgets and execution within assigned accounts
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement plans based on operational insights and client needs
- Oversee and manage maintenance and repair assignments handled by internal technicians or external vendors
- Drive vendor management excellence, including scope definition, mobilization, pricing, and vendor performance assessment
- Supervise and lead a team of operations personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure service excellence
- Recruit, coach, and mentor staff to enhance technical and managerial competencies
- Develop and implement manpower planning, including team structure, roster planning, and resource allocation
- Identify and facilitate training programs aligned with team development needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business goals and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably including high-rise building management
- Solid understanding of business law, contracting principles, and regulatory compliance in facility services
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve sensitive client issues effectively
- Advanced financial acumen with ability to perform financial analysis and manage budgets
- Analytical problem-solver with experience handling complex, multifaceted challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract database and facility management systems is an advantage
- Ability to work within company policies and meet project deadlines
