They are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer with extensive experience in industrial settings to join their facilities organisation. Supporting the Thailand site and reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager as part of the APAC Facilities team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate with project stakeholders by providing technical expertise, advice, and recommendations for cross-functional engineering projects
- Collaborate with structural, MEP design, and engineering teams to suggest appropriate solutions during various project activities
- Monitor and follow up on construction, machine installation, and commissioning schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Provide knowledge transfer to the maintenance team after project completion, including professional instructions and refresher training
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive operation manuals and as-built drawings to support effective plant maintenance
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project delivery, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering and safety standards
- Set up and manage a spare parts inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels and availability
- Design and estimate mechanical and electrical systems for new construction and renovation projects
- Oversee and manage all facility-related tasks, including water plants, air compressors, fire alarm systems, air conditioning, LPG/N2 stations, chillers, and electrical systems
- Supervise work schedules and contractor activities while inspecting and ensuring quality control
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in plant facility services
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Experience in project management, machine commissioning, and renovations for greenfield and brownfield projects
- Expertise in electrical systems management, energy-saving initiatives, and process improvements
- Proficiency in CAD software, BMS, CCTV, CMMS, and other relevant systems
- Familiarity with EMS-related environments, including cleanliness control, ESD control, HVAC, pure water systems, industrial gases, waste control, and security
- Experience in both soft and hard services
