Our client is a well-known global freight and logistics company that is growing in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Supervisor with excellent communication skills to join the Sales Team in Bangkok. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-service-oriented professional, ideally with experience in the freight and logistics industry, to develop and grow their career with an international company.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a good work ethic and work closely with Account Owner 
  • Support to quality potential customer to Account Owner 
  • Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all call and addressing customer or Account Owner or Co-worker needs.
  • Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Pro-actively introduce and build up relationship with customer and upselling existing and new business.
  • Actively update costs and selling rates in coordinate with Account Owner
  • Actively quote within KPI based on customer enquiries/requirement
  • Procurement of costs: Overseas contact for rate request after get information from Account Owner.
  • Prepare official quotation with accuracy and submit to customer on timeline with KPI agreed. 
  • Support Account Owner in terms of following up customer documentation for new customer/new instruction such as customer company register, Por Por 20 and others document relating to customs clearance process.
  • Updates all contact information of customer when request from Account Owner.
  • Work with company ticketing system according to given SOP until ticket is closed.
  • Support Account Owner Create necessary company documentation to set up customer and its shipment handover to Operations (JI, etc.).
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments and support where necessary. 
  • Arrange and prepare others information per management assignment and response to enquiry timely including others special assignment
  • Support to qualify potential customer to Sales Executive: sales campaigns, cold calls etc. (Outside of daily tasks of account owner to sales support)
  • Coach and guide junior team members in daily operations and best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.

Qualification:
  • University graduate in any fields 
  • 5 years’ experience handling sales support (Freight)
  • Previous experience in team coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff is required.
  • Have excellent commercial and service mind 
  • Able to operate under pressure and deal with different level of people
  • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skill in English and Thai both spoken and written.
  • Good reporting, administrative skills, and attention to detail 
  • Have strong teamwork and can demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset
  • Display flexibility and can motivate people for excellent results
