Our client is a leading company in the global agriculture sector, recognised for pioneering new technologies and practices that drive efficiency and sustainability in farming based in Nonthaburi. We are looking for a Rewards Manager to lead the compensation and benefits strategy at EWTH. This role will ensure that our rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with Group HR to implement best practices, manage salary structures, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and drive rewards innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage salary structures, pay points, and job evaluations across various job families.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews, including merit increases, incentives, and budgeting.
  • Develop and oversee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create sales incentives and employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee payroll & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as HRIS administrator, driving system improvements and resolving issues.
  • Analyze market trends & conduct salary benchmarking, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Generate reports & insights for HR and leadership teams.
Requirements:

  • University graduate in a relevant field, MBA a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation, benefit and rewards management in a senior (or managerial) role
  • Strong working knowledge of Thai legislation, related to compensation and benefits
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to details; comfortable on working with complex data analysis
  • Proven ability to make sound recommendations using both internal and external information, policies and market trend
  • Demonstrated experience in job evaluation, market benchmarking, payroll and benefits administration, and implementing and/or managing HRIS
