As part of our strategic expansion in Thailand, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and pre-construction phase of a new hotel and mixed-use development in Bangkok. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of design, investment, and local compliance, ensuring our development aligns with global standards and local market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the project scope definition, schedule development, and planning milestones.
  • Manage coordination among internal stakeholders (investment, operations) and external partners (designers, engineers, brand/franchise teams).
  • Review and align master plans, design submissions, and operator requirements with project goals.
  • Refine and control project budgets, lead value engineering initiatives, and monitor planning adjustments.
  • Advise on contract formats and selection of key third-party consultants and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai building codes, EIA requirements, and permitting processes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, issue monthly progress reports, and manage risks and change control.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English; Thai language skills are highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.
