Procurement Solutions & Analytics Officer

Our client, a leading global tropical vegetable seed company, is seeking a skilled Procurement Solutions & Analytics Officer to oversee the technical aspects of the procurement ordering system, including its tactical development and ongoing maintenance.
In this role, you will champion the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple countries, executing ERP-related activities and providing coaching to end-users. The position also involves managing data repositories, generating KPI reports, supporting risk management, and ensuring compliance with standardised processes across all markets within the Procurement function.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical development and maintenance of the procurement ordering system, ensuring operational efficiency and system integrity
• Lead the P2P stream, executing ERP-related activities across different countries and offering hands-on coaching to end-users
• Develop and maintain standardised Work Instructions, Processes, and Procedures to ensure consistency and compliance within the global Procurement function
• Manage the Procurement data repository, generate KPI performance reports, and use analytics to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify, assess, and mitigate procurement-related risks, implementing solutions to minimise potential disruptions
• Collaborate with the Procurement community, IT teams, and other relevant departments to align technical and operational goals with company objectives
• Lead initiatives to optimise the procurement process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to streamline operations

Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in procurement systems and ERP platforms
• Proven experience in managing Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Familiarity with data management, analytics, and KPI reporting within a Procurement environment
• Ability to develop and implement standardised processes, procedures, and Work Instructions
• Experience in risk management and mitigation within a global procurement framework
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to support end-user training and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
