Network and Tariffs Specialist

Our client is a leading global logistics company that is rapidly growing in Thailand and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Network and Tariffs Specialist to join the team. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from overseas agents
• Prescreen shipment details & information
• Regularly engage with procurement and other departments to compile all costs and information
• Record all details of the received inquiry/pricing request
• Submit quotation in accordance with requirements from overseas agents
• Prepare cost summary for each quotation
• Upload all news and announcements related to the department in Share Drive
• Preparing a weekly and monthly report for management
• Be the backup person in charge of Tariff Management and initial point of contact for local users, if they require support related to tariffs
• Upload and maintain tariff updates for air and ocean

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, logistics or related field
• Minimum 12 years of work experience in pricing, operations, or customer service in logistics industry
• Good knowledge of incoterms, freight forwarding, and logistics services
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, able to conduct analysis with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity
• Good with time management and prioritising tasks
