Our client is a leading global food manufacturer with a state-of-the-art production facility in Chon Buri. As they continue to grow their footprint in Southeast Asia, they are seeking a Logistics & Supply Network Manager to oversee end-to-end material movement from suppliers through production to final delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape logistics processes from the ground up while playing a strategic role in operational excellence, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee import and customs clearance processes, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods
  • Manage inbound logistics and ensure seamless transport and receipt of raw materials
  • Coordinate outbound shipments to customers, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
  • Optimise storage and inventory systems for accuracy, cost-efficiency, and product availability
  • Monitor and manage KPIs for third-party logistics providers to drive efficiency and service quality
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and cost control
  • Ensure operations comply with GMP, food safety standards, and relevant logistics regulations
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure BOI activities meet compliance and maximise incentives
  • Analyse key logistics and supply chain metrics to inform improvements and operational decisions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration
  • Coordinate with plant operations, quality, engineering, and procurement to align logistics with production needs
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers, 3PLs, and external authorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with 3–4 years in a leadership role in manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and import/export compliance
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and communication, with the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally
  • Experience using logistics software such as SAP or Oracle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • Supply Chain certification such as APICS CSCP or CPIM is a plus
