Legal Director

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the legal team to enhance performance and support business needs.
• Represent the Legal Department in internal and external meetings.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to key business units, including Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Finance, and Corporate Services.
• Draft, review, and standardize contracts, particularly for food and operational business units.
• Address complex legal issues across domestic and international operations.
• Advise on a range of legal matters, including contracts, real estate, joint ventures, finance, business development, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze relevant laws and regulations applicable to all business sectors.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Thai national with an LLB or LLM from a reputable institution
• 10–15 years of legal experience, preferably with a background in real estate or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of real estate and property law
• Demonstrated experience in M&A, joint ventures, and due diligence
• Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis
• Business-oriented with a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving
• Excellent command of both Thai and English, written and spoken
