They are currently seeking a Contract Logistics Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic relationships with key clients in Thailand. This role is ideal for a commercially minded logistics professional who enjoys client-facing responsibilities and wants to play a key role in business growth.
Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Build trust through proactive communication and reliable service -
Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and implement strategies to expand services and increase revenue
• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to pursue growth initiatives -
Operational Oversight
• Ensure seamless execution of logistics services for assigned clients
• Work closely with operations teams to resolve any service issues
• Conduct regular performance reviews to uphold service standards -
Strategic Planning
• Create and execute account strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities through market research -
Communication and Reporting
• Provide regular account updates to both clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all communication is aligned and timely across departments -
Problem-Solving
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving client issues
• Coordinate with relevant teams to develop solutions that balance client needs and operational capabilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain, with a strong focus on key account or operations management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, service delivery, and customer expectations within a global or regional context
