They are currently seeking a Contract Logistics Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic relationships with key clients in Thailand. Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to ensure satisfaction
    • Build trust through proactive communication and reliable service

  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand services and increase revenue
    • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to pursue growth initiatives

  • Operational Oversight
    • Ensure seamless execution of logistics services for assigned clients
    • Work closely with operations teams to resolve any service issues
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to uphold service standards

  • Strategic Planning
    • Create and execute account strategies aligned with overall business goals
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities through market research

  • Communication and Reporting
    • Provide regular account updates to both clients and internal stakeholders
    • Ensure all communication is aligned and timely across departments

  • Problem-Solving
    • Act as the first point of contact for resolving client issues
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to develop solutions that balance client needs and operational capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain, with a strong focus on key account or operations management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, service delivery, and customer expectations within a global or regional context
