IT Project Management Manager

As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. This role involves project planning, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and adherence to best practices in project execution. You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, business units, and senior management to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on digital transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Planned and managed end-to-end IT projects, defining project scope, allocating resources, and estimating timelines effectively
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Project Documentation and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans and documentation and coordinate with project teams to guide and support them through project lifecycles
• Progress Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Communication and Methodology Adherence: Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management about project updates and outcomes and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices

 Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in IT Project Management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related filed
• Good Communication in English
• Strong Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex IT projects from inception to completion. This includes defining project scope, allocating resources, and estimating project timelines effectively. 
• Stakeholder Management Expertise: Proven experience in collaborating with various stakeholders. This involves understanding their requirements and objectives and ensuring that these align with the overall business goals. 
• Excellent Planning and Coordination Abilities: Capability to develop comprehensive project plans and documentation. This also includes the ability to coordinate with project teams effectively, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in monitoring project progress, with a keen ability to identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them. Also, adept at resolving issues to ensure project delivery within the stipulated time and budget.
• Effective Communication and Adherence to Methodologies: Strong communication skills, with a track record of keeping stakeholders and senior management informed about project updates and outcomes. Additionally, a thorough understanding and adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices is essential.
