Our client, a global leader in the agriculture and seed industry, is seeking HRIS Specialist, Data & Reporting. The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the effective administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data integrity, manages system updates, provides user support, and partners with HR and IT to optimize HRIS functionality to meet organizational needs.

- Accurately maintain and audit employee and organizational data in the HRIS to ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing.
- Serve as the first line of support for HRIS-related user issues, diagnosing and resolving system errors, access problems, and data discrepancies to ensure seamless system functionality and enhance user confidence in HR technology.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Create, run, and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, and employee movement.
- Maintain up-to-date HRIS process documentation and standard operating procedures, and actively participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment to ensure smooth transitions, system reliability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews)
- Train HR team members and end users on HRIS functions and best practices to ensure accurate data entry, system adoption, and consistent use of HR processes, resulting in improved data quality and increased user efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in any related area.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with global employee and organizational data management through an HR System.
- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data professionally
- Good command of English and excellent customer orientation
- Advance knowledge of using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- HR Shared Service background would be a plus
