Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programmes to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement performance-based incentive schemes to reward excellence

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
  • Lead screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to enhance employee satisfaction

Employee Relations

  • Foster a supportive and equitable work environment through strong employee relations
  • Address employee concerns promptly and professionally

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organisational goals
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, proactively managing risks

Data Management

  • Maintain secure and accurate employee records using HRIS systems
  • Utilise data insights to inform and refine HR strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in progressive HR roles within organisations of similar size and complexity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments
