As the business scales, they are seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimise the end-to-end operational framework. This strategic role will oversee supplier logistics, bonded warehouse coordination, CRM systems, and post-sale client servicing. The ideal candidate will be highly systems-oriented, process-driven, and detail-focused—capable of building infrastructure to support sustainable growth while ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience.
Responsibilities
As the business scales, they are seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimise the end-to-end operational framework. This strategic role will oversee supplier logistics, bonded warehouse coordination, CRM systems, and post-sale client servicing. The ideal candidate will be highly systems-oriented, process-driven, and detail-focused—capable of building infrastructure to support sustainable growth while ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine end-to-end operational processes to support scalable growth
- Oversee cask logistics, supplier relationships, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HMRC, FCA)
- Enhance client journey touchpoints—from onboarding to documentation and post-sale engagement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with business objectives
- Manage CRM systems (HubSpot), reporting tools, and performance KPIs
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, AML protocols, and accurate record keeping
- Continuously identify and address operational risks and inefficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Solid experience in operational leadership, any within financial services or luxury assets could be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to implement and scale operational systems and teams
- Proficient in CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), inventory systems, and project tools
- Strong communication skills with a detail-driven, analytical mindset
- Familiarity with bonded warehouse logistics and UK excise regulations is a plus
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in a high-value brand setting
