Our client, a prestigious leader in the luxury automotive industry, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead growth-focused strategies across digital, brand, and customer experience channels. This leadership role is central to shaping our market presence, driving qualified leads, and elevating customer engagement, especially within the luxury sector. You’ll oversee campaign execution, team development, and strategic partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team; manage agency relationships.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital, CRM, PR, and experiential channels.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand materials—from brochures to virtual tours.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives and manage VIP programs like TTC & Friends.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with luxury brands and media.
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
Requirements
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within luxury retail, automotive, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; international education or work experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); strong writing skills are essential.
  • Proven leadership, sound judgment, and a hands-on, proactive execution style.
  • Confident, polished, and professional presence; comfortable representing senior executives.
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to travel regionally or attend after-hours events.
  • Deep understanding of branding, customer segmentation, and modern CRM strategies.
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth customer profiles and luxury market positioning.
