Our Client is a leading Global Company in the Agri Sector with offices across the Global and Headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to develop, drive and executive Talent Strategies for the group across multiple countries. You should have solid experience building strong organizational capability in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Ideally you will have experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of talent acquisition systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
  • Drive alignment of talent acquisition policies, systems, and tools across markets to ensure consistent application and quality
  • Shape and execute our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives, partnering with Group Communications teams to position company as an employer of choice
  • Oversee global young talent programs such as the global internship and SNG scholarship program
  • Work closely with HR partners to refine local initiatives (Employee Referral Program, Campus Recruitment Campaign, etc), build strong talent pipelines, and optimize sourcing and hiring strategies for critical roles
  • Leverage analytics to generate insights, improve recruitment outcomes, and align budgets with business priorities
Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields; a master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience: 5–7 years in talent acquisition, including managing leadership hiring and working across global markets
  • Expertise: Proficiency in talent acquisition systems, tools, and assessment methodologies. Certification in tools like Korn Ferry or SHL is preferred
  • Global Perspective: Experience working with international vendors and managing recruitment in a global context
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
