We are looking for Group Costing Manager who handles all group cost accounting responsibilities, including cost allocation, standard costing, variance and cost-benefit analysis. You will also support the regional ERP implementation (Costing module) and serve as the BPLO Supply Chain lead, providing detailed cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost control analysis for management.

Responsibilities:
  • Standardize and manage costing processes across all business units
  • Ensure consistent pricing and cost structures aligned with group strategy
  • Partner with operations to analyze and improve COGS accuracy
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory with operations and local teams
  • Build costing models to support strategic decisions by CFO and Business Control Head
  • Prepare consolidated cost and variance reports for the group
  • Deliver regular cost performance insights, highlighting savings and issues
  • Analyze profitability by product/service and support strategic decisions
  • Develop group-level financial forecasts and budgets
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations to implement savings
  • Monitor cost control performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with cost management practices across business units
  • Lead ERP (MS D365) costing module implementation and process changes
  • Manage transitions during system upgrades, policy shifts, or restructuring
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional Certifications in CMA, CFA, CPA (optional but preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes
  • Preferred background in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Logistics costing roles
  • ERP software knowledge, including TM1 and systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
