We are looking for Group Costing Manager who handles all group cost accounting responsibilities, including cost allocation, standard costing, variance and cost-benefit analysis. You will also support the regional ERP implementation (Costing module) and serve as the BPLO Supply Chain lead, providing detailed cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost control analysis for management. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and standardize group-wide costing processes, ensure consistency across markets, partner with operations to analyze and improve cost of goods sold (COGS), coordinate annual inventories, and support leadership with costing models and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct group-level financial analysis and reporting, including cost variance analysis, performance reports, profitability insights, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead cost control and optimization efforts across the group by identifying savings opportunities, collaborating with key departments, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent cost management practices to support profitability.
  • Drive project and change management initiatives related to costing, including ERP (MS D365) implementations, process improvements, and change adoption during system upgrades or organizational transformations.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, especially in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics costing roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics) and accounting software TM1.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting; professional certifications like CMA, CFA, or CPA are a plus.
  • Collaborative, results-driven, with strong leadership and fluency in English.
