Our client, a global leader in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across Thailand. This role sits within the regional real estate and infrastructure team and ensures operational excellence and compliance across manufacturing sites and corporate offices.
The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee infrastructure management, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with both local regulations and global standards. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Facilities Management department, including managing teams and departmental budgets
- Oversee day-to-day operations of plant facilities, utilities, infrastructure systems, and food service areas
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire protection, and emergency systems based on company and legal standards
- Maintain optimal office and logistics layouts and support plant functionality and workplace efficiency
- Manage infrastructure development and maintenance projects in compliance with internal policies and Thai regulations
- Drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety and sustainability
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, government bodies, and internal teams to meet construction and facility standards
- Implement and maintain technical and operational standards for site facilities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of service delivery and project implementation
- Occasional travel within the Asia-Pacific region and internationally may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
- Extensive experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role within a manufacturing or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, infrastructure operations, budgeting, and cost control
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility and infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
