Our client is a multinational manufacturing company specializing in animal health and nutrition, particularly food palatability, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Vice President (VP) – Asia Pacific. This high-level administrative role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the VP.

The role demands exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted liaison between the VP and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the VP’s schedule and priorities align with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the representative and primary point of contact for the Vice President (VP)
  • Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize engagements aligned with business objectives
  • Redirect meetings or requests unrelated to the VP’s goals to the appropriate colleagues and follow up for continuity
  • Establish and maintain an annual calendar, including a weekly meeting cadence for the entire APAC organization
  • Ensure adherence to meeting schedules and follow up on action items, providing updates to the VP
  • Organize, facilitate, and document meetings; take notes, summarize discussions, and track action items
  • Maintain an external events calendar and ensure the VP attends key dates
  • Draft emails, correspondence, presentations, and weekly messages on behalf of the VP
  • Arrange and coordinate detailed travel plans, itineraries, and related documents
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the VP
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding corporate, personnel, and research matters
  • Represent the company professionally, fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Plan and organize companywide meetings and events for the APAC region
  • Proactively manage milestone celebrations and coordinate company memberships
  • Submit expense reports on behalf of the VP and manage travel-related expenses

Requirements


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in an international organization
  • Experience in a LEAN organization is preferred
  • Thai national with excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented and proactive approach
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative and innovative thinking
