Engineering Manager

Our client is a leading facilities management provider, they are looking for Engineering Manager to oversee a technical team supporting a key account, their client is located in Bangna KM. 8. This role requires a strong leader to manage engineering operations, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction
• Oversee all engineering activities, reporting, and compliance across the contract
• Manage vendor relationships and support operational efficiency
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while setting clear performance targets
• Align engineering strategy with client and company objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in engineering or FM
• 2–5 years of experience in a leadership or technical management role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor coordination
