Our client, a renowned American company specialising in premium golf equipment and apparel, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager for SEA to lead e-commerce operations across the region. Known for its leading golf brands, the company delivers high-quality products favoured by enthusiasts worldwide.
The ideal candidate will manage e-commerce sales, digital marketing, product launches, and website performance, ensuring alignment with global strategies while catering to local market needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales and marketing plans tailored to regional needs
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure seamless functionality
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies with execution
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic and consumer engagement
- Ensure successful product launches and conduct regular website audits to maintain premium performance standards
- Manage product merchandising, perform accuracy testing, and monitor site analytics for continuous improvement
- Work closely with inventory teams to optimise stock levels and ensure availability
- Lead initiatives to enhance the consumer order experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Report performance metrics to the General Manager (Expat) and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 7 years of e-commerce experience, particularly in sporting goods or premium consumer products
- Expertise in backend integration, digital marketing, and user experience (UX)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HTML, CSS, and email marketing software
- Proven project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
