The Role
The Sales Director & General Manager will oversee established regional operations, driving lifecycle sales and service excellence in Southeast Asia. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with direct engagement in business development and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow Neuver Maritime’s presence in Southeast Asia, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies focused on new installations, aftermarket growth, and long-term service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction across the product lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in sales and operations within maritime B2B industrial equipment sales sectors
- Experience in lifecycle sales and aftermarket services is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market and its dynamics
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
