Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager - APAC to lead and implement regional C&B strategies across the Asia Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented HR professional to shape and drive compensation and benefits initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of global Compensation & Benefits processes across the Asia Pacific region
  • Develop, manage, and administer compensation and benefits programmes at both global and local levels, ensuring compliance with regional regulations
  • Act as the regional lead for job evaluation, pay range development, salary reviews, incentive plans, and local benefit programmes
  • Oversee the integration of C&B strategies during mergers, acquisitions, and new operations
  • Collaborate with global C&B teams to provide regional insights that drive process improvements and best practices
  • Provide training and support to regional HR teams to ensure alignment with C&B processes and business needs
  • Prepare and distribute clear C&B policies to increase awareness and understanding across the organisation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (post-graduate qualifications are a plus)
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Compensation & Benefits role, ideally in a multi-country region such as Asia Pacific
  • Expertise in C&B practices across various industries, particularly in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HR tools or systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
