Job responsibilities:
• Align and execute strategies with company objectives, driving operational improvements and innovation
• Lead organisational change and foster continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to align operational goals with company strategy
• Provide insights for budgeting, cost optimisation, and financial performance management
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, timesheet management, absentee tracking, inventory, and asset management
• Streamline processes, propose new systems, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage recruitment, retention, and employee development to maintain a high-performing workforce
• Foster a positive organisational culture and enhance employee engagement
• Lead the organisation through crises, ensuring resilience and business continuity
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold workplace safety standards
• Drive sustainability initiatives and oversee ethical business practices and social responsibility efforts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
• 8 years in executive operations management, ideally in hospitality or services
• Proficiency in Thai and English for effective communication
• Expertise in project management, efficiency improvement, and team development
• Strong leadership, strategic, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in building and maintaining partnerships internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for planning and operational execution
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a proactive and innovative approach
