Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the Business Development Director
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, providing post-sales support
- Identify and explore new market opportunities while developing an active sales pipeline
- Create and deliver exceptional sales documents and presentations with support from specialist teams
- Represent the company at industry events, enhancing the business profile
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
- Ensure all activities are communicated to the Business Unit Leader and Sales Director, maintaining compliance with sign-off procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a Industrial or Engineering field
- Strong communication skills, with experience in high-level presentations
- Ability to build relationships across various levels, including clients, site staff, and suppliers
- Target-driven and comfortable working in high-pressure sales environments
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when necessary
- Ability to communicate both in Thai and English
